With a background in financial auditing and previously Purchasing Director, I have had the opportunity to successfully carry out a number of demanding assignments as a manager in international Action Sport companies, operating in multicultural contexts in Italy, Switzerland and France.

For over 20 years in the corporate world, I have experienced an essential truth: People are the driving force behind the greatest successes !
It's teams that transform strategies into results, challenges into opportunities
Generative Artificial Intelligence, when used wisely, is a fabulous tool that brings speed and quality to our actions.

Passionate about the performance dynamics of private companies, whatever their size, I have built up my skills in supporting change for greater efficiency and harmony on a daily basis, both for my teams and for myself :

  • optimization and transformation of Purchasing, Demand Planning, Inventory and Sales Analyst processes (growth, restructuring, mergers)

  • changeover to cross-functional BI and ERP tools,

  • operational integration of sales teams and processes during the acquisition of international brands,

  • implementation of flexible processes adapted to new operational constraints and opportunities (retail, omnichannel, digitalization, market fluctuations, consolidation of subsidiaries)

With over 20 years' experience in “all-terrain” management, it has become essential for me to use strategies that take into account the motivation of all, managers and employees alike, in an ethical and sustainable way

Neuroscience teaches us the best methods for our brain to quickly experiment and integrate challenges: dopamine, generated by motivation, to activate creativity in the prefrontal cortex.

Thus, when dopamine is used wisely as a team, namely when we share the sense of strategy and feel motivated, the resulting creativity makes the impossible possible.
